Getting ready for my new job!

I have worked retail for the last 11 and 1/2 years and my feet are killing me. At the end of this week will be my last day in retail. I will start work as a contract administration for a very large corporation. I am excited and a little bit nervous. This means that I will no longer have to work evenings and weekends. What a welcome change. I will keep you posted on my new endeavor.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Had a great day with my family. I love each and every one of them. They make my life complete. I am truly thankful for them I hope you all enjoyed spending time with whomever you were with today.

As far as my stitching is going I have completed a couple of fast xmas ornaments for nieces and nephews. I picked my daughters gift up from the framer. I am really pleased with it. I will post again soon.

End of vacation

Well, I have only two more days of vacation left. We spent a few days in Galena, Il, and had a great time. We rented an 8 bedroom house and my brothers, sisters, and all our kids stayed there. This is the second year at Galena. We had a huge barbeque and celebrated 4 birthdays. Everyone stayed up late and played cards and scrabble. Had a great time. Looking forward to next year. I got a little stitching done, I am working on a xmas gift for my daughter. Thats all for now.
